About Me

John's art and flying: Perth, Western Australia, Australia; Hi my name is Ivica Miloš-John. I was born in Croatia some time ago. Since childhood I have enjoyed drawing and painting. I inherited a good hand for watercolour painting from my mother Maria. I attended some art classes, mostly drawing and using pastels. Emigrating to Australia in 1999, I started to paint again using oils,watercolours and acrylics. I am currently a member of the Western Australian Society of Arts and Bayswater Art Society. For oil paintings I find inspiration in works of post impressionists and expressionists. Like Leonardo da Vinci I am also interested in flying and building flying machines like birds (ornithopters).
